Davis County provides a grant for up to $10,000.

Details for the Davis County Grant:

Details for the Clearfield City Grant:

Cannot have owned a home in the last 3 years.

Purchase a single family home located within Clearfield City limits.

The grant will provide matching funds on a 1:1 basis up to $7,500. So if you have $5,000 down, the grant will provide $5,000.

Household income cannot exceed the income limit for your family size. Contact us for current limits.

The grant will be forgiven on a pro-rated basis over a 7 year period. Once you have lived in the home for 7 years, it never needs to be repaid.

Layton City grant provides a maximum of $10,000.

Settlers Fund Grant Money For Davis County
Settlers Fund provides 3.5% of the purchase price of the home. After 36 on-time payments the entire grant never needs repaid.

Chickasaw Grant Money For Davis County
This program offers a one-time grant of up to $3,000 to help with the down payment and/or closing costs to purchase or rate/term refinance a primary residence.
Required documentation must be sent to the Housing Counseling and Loan Services Department prior to closing being scheduled.

Most homes will qualify. You can buy a home up to $536,900. They can be a single family, twin, manufactured PUD or condo. Some restrictions apply for the manufactured, PUD and condo's, so just call us before making the offer.
What are the restrictions? There are several restrictions using the First Time Home Buyer program.
